Senior Rust Engineer — Engine Core
SourcePrep's indexing engine is migrating from Python to Rust for 10–50x performance gains on developer machines. You'll build the Rust core — parallel file walking, tree-sitter multi-language parsing (Python, TypeScript, Go, Rust, Java, C/C++), in-memory trace graph, and sub-200ms incremental rebuilds — exposed to the Python daemon via PyO3.
Full-Stack Engineer — Dashboard & Desktop App
Own the SourcePrep desktop experience built with Tauri + React. Design and implement the modular dashboard, project management UI, and real-time build status. Ship features that developers interact with daily.

Developer Advocate
Help developers understand why structured context matters for AI-assisted development. Write tutorials, create demos, engage with the community, and represent SourcePrep at conferences and in online developer spaces.
